Madagascar, Tahitian, Ugandan, Double Bourbon and Spiced. All vanilla is organic and whole bean. We have aged the vanilla a year to ensure a strong flavor profile accompanies each bottle.
If you don't have a preference, then we will select a nice variety for you.
