Our Mission

At Hansel Hill Farm, our mission is simple but important:

To do our part in creating a sustainable future, to connect our community to the land—and to each other—and to serve as a safe, welcoming space for everyone who visits.

Rooted in our core values of sustainability, community, and ethical farming, we’re more than just a farm—we’re a gathering place where good food, good people, and good intentions grow side by side.

Our Story

We’re Brian and Vickie—first-generation farmers who planted a dream on just 2 acres of land back in 2019. From those humble beginnings, Hansel Hill Farm has blossomed into a thriving micro-farm.

Today, our land is home to rows of seasonal produce, flocks of chickens, ducks, and turkeys, buzzing beehives, and a few friendly goats, sheep and pigs who recently joined the family. Every season brings new growth—and new ways to serve the community we love.

What We Stand For

  • Sustainability – We use responsible farming practices that support soil health, reduce waste, and protect the environment for future generations.

  • Community – Through our CSA program, family-friendly events, and partnerships with other local farmers and artisans, we aim to strengthen the ties that bind us all.

  • Ethical Farming – From our pasture-raised poultry to our pesticide-free produce, we’re committed to humane care and natural growing methods you can feel good about.

How We Make a Difference

  • Delivering farm-fresh, local food straight to your table

  • Reducing food waste through thoughtful growing and sharing

  • Hosting events that bring families, friends, and neighbors together

  • Offering hands-on learning and education about sustainable living

  • Supporting fellow small farms by connecting them to the community through our CSA
