We’ve been quietly testing our newest roast behind the scenes, and the feedback has been amazing.

We delicately age our green peaberry, from the mountains of Peru, to bring out notes of dark chocolate, apricot, citrus, plum, caramel, aged in a customized white oak bourbon barrel. A perfect medium roast enjoyed by all.
